Overview

As a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist at Sprinter Health, you will be the first voice of the company, introducing in-home health services to patients and encouraging them to schedule appointments. This role requires fluency in Spanish and a strong customer-centric approach.

• Work in Eastern Time Zone

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Residence in the Eastern Time Zone
• At least 2 years of outbound call center experience
• 1 year of experience in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage phone, email, and chat communications
