People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a People Operations Specialist, you are the heart of our HR department, ensuring smooth operations across several international teams. You report to the Head of People Operations & Learning and take care of personnel management, employee lifecycle processes, and data accuracy - ensuring that employees have a great experience.

In Short

• Manage HR processes, including contract changes, employee records, and benefits administration.
• Support employees at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Keep our HR systems up to date and meet legal requirements.
• Be the go-to person for HR inquiries and provide timely and helpful support.
• Help automate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with external partners in areas such as benefits, pensions, and absences.
• Provide HR data to help the People & Culture team make informed decisions.
• Support HR projects and contribute to optimizing structures and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR management, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong operational skills and the ability to handle HR tasks independently.
• Fluent in German and/or English.
• Knowledge of German labor law (experience in Dutch/Italian/Austrian labor law is a plus).
• Knowledge of Czech labor law.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Technically savvy with experience in HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
• A problem-solving mindset with a willingness for continuous improvement.
