Overview

As a People Operations Specialist at Bookboost, you will play a key role in executing people-related activities, managing the full employee lifecycle, and fostering a strong company culture.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management.
  • Maintain and update employee guidelines and policies.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a strong company culture.
  • Enhance HRIS utilization to streamline HR processes.
  • Manage all employee documentation and compliance-related materials.
  • Listen to employee feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and support organizational needs.
  • Take on additional HR projects to support growth.
  • Be involved in creating a great employee experience.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Strong experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive and empathetic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and culture awareness.
