People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are searching for a passionate People Operations Manager to create effective and people-centric processes along the full employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Spearheading the design, roll-out, communication, data analysis and resulting optimisation of all people processes from onboarding to exit.
• Managing all operational personnel administration including document creation and management.
• Supporting employees on all admin and operational questions.
• Advising people managers on all people-related and labor law matters.
• Analyzing key people data such as company growth and retention.
• Evaluating and managing partners for P&C software and benefits.
• Partnering with the Director of People & Culture to set a people-centric People Operations Strategy.
• Creating comprehensive internal guidelines for people processes.
• Building trusting and collaborative relationships.
• Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Experience in a People Operations / HR Admin role.
• Knowledge of employment law, immigration law & visa processes, payroll and taxes.
• Strong organizational talent.
• Quick at building trusting relationships.
• Fluent in both German and English.
