Requirements

  • 5-7 years of human resources generalist experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree and HR certification preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced or start-up environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA).
  • Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems.
  • Impeccable organization and communication skills.
  • Strong data skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly growing environment.
