Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst supports client business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. Data Analyst combines best-in-class operational and analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities to projects, solving operational and analytical business problems. You will collaborate with and work closely with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items.

• Understand and communicate client business issues and standard operating procedures.
• Execute and suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Implement process improvements and identify opportunities.
• Stay current on tools and techniques for process enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience with data mining tools like SQL.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Analytics Consulting preferred.
• Experience working with teams across different time zones.
• Experience in delivering analytic results to clients.
