Polygon Labs is seeking a process-driven People Operations Specialist to help build the infrastructure that powers our growth in the web3 space.

In Short

• Own the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage employment contracts ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain and update HR operations and HRIS.
• Create and refine key People resources like handbooks and policies.
• Drive HR programs across onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement.
• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with compensation practices in web3.
• Strong documentation skills and organizational abilities.
• Proven relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Experience in the web3 industry is a plus.
