In Short

• Manage complete onboarding processes including document collection and contract preparation.
• Support offboarding processes and ensure communication with teams.
• Administer HR data and maintain profiles in Zoho.
• Handle inquiries regarding benefits, vacations, and internal transitions.
• Assist in launching surveys and updating policies.
• Maintain internal knowledge base and prepare presentations.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues in HR systems.
• Administer routine processes in Asana and keep HR systems updated.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in HR operations and administration.
• Proficiency with Zoho, Asana, and Google Docs.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Good communication skills.
