In Short

• Support the EM market's People Operations activities.
• Maintain accurate records of Careem colleagues' information.
• Ensure timely responses to medical insurance queries.
• Support with Social Insurance activities.
• Prepare and execute formal letters for colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with government forms and regulations.
• Contribute to onboarding processes for new joiners.
• Collaborate with COEs for best practices in colleague lifecycle.
• Communicate project statuses and manage colleague expectations.
• Advocate for policy inclusion across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a People team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Natural flair for supporting stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, output-focused organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of employment life cycles.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with Oracle, Greenhouse, or Enboarder is advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
