In Short

• Join a full-time remote role as a Solutions Architect.
• Drive long-term customer success and product adoption.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for Gainsight clients.
• Manage customer relationships from sales handoff to implementation.
• Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Design and configure solutions based on best practices.
• Track project hours and maintain target utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
• Contribute to internal best practices and delivery frameworks.
• Occasional travel for team meetings and training.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Professional Services or Technical Consulting.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Education principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with Skilljar and/or Gainsight is a plus.
