Master Driller - Geothermal - Remote

Overview

This role involves mobilizing drilling equipment for various applications for commercial job sites, performing geothermal drilling methods, and installing test wells for feasibility studies with the Geothermal team.

In Short

• Mobilize drilling equipment in urban and suburban environments.
• Perform geotechnical and environmental drilling methods.
• 100% travel required in the greater Northeast Region of the United States.
• Install test wells and conduct feasibility studies.
• Ensure project safety and organization.
• Operate and maintain drill rigs and equipment.
• Responsible for site safety and crew safety.
• Understand mechanics and requirements for drill sites.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to cross-train.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30; SST card and Flagger certification preferred.
• Active Driver’s License with the ability to obtain CDL.
• Prior experience operating drilling equipment is a must.
• 5+ years of construction and/or drilling experience preferred.
• Experience with geothermal heat pumps.
