In Short

• This role requires expertise in small engines, gasoline engines, and hydraulic systems.
• Must hold a Class A CDL and have managerial experience.
• Flexibility to work in the field and at the home shop in Rock Tavern, NY.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline engines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Supervise and manage a team of mechanics or field technicians.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain service records.
• Travel to job sites for on-site repairs and support.
• Work collaboratively to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Must reside within 40 miles of Rock Tavern, NY.

Requirements

• Active Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in diesel and gasoline repair.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical diagnostics.
• Experience in managing a team or leading a shop crew.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
