Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Compliance Specialist, your mandate is to help the company excel in regulatory risk management so we can continue offering high value products while maintaining trust with our customers, our partners, and our external stakeholders, including regulators.

In Short

• Assisting in the day-to-day oversight and management of One's compliance management system (“CMS”).
• Developing, executing and managing compliance critical functions, including, complaints, issue management, training.
• Ensuring compliance by developing and maintaining expertise, up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and amended laws.
• Participating in the development of regulatory and department policies and/or procedures.
• Providing compliance and regulatory-risk input and support for all new products and delivery channels.
• Reviewing qualitative and quantitative KPIs and KRIs and identify potential areas of risks.
• Additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• 5-10 Years of experience.
• An act-like-an-owner mentality.
• CRCM or similar compliance certification.
• Experience in lending, banking, financial services.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver compliance improvements.
• Strong ability to work in a leadership role and influence peers.
