Quality Engineering (QE) Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a QE Platform Engineer at OnePay, your work will directly impact the stability and performance of our systems. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our test automation frameworks and tooling that supports our engineering squads across web, mobile, and backend.

In Short

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and reliable automated testing solutions for APIs, mobile, and web.
• Build and optimize test tooling that integrates seamlessly into our continuous deployment pipelines.
• Help drive improvements in test execution stability and test coverage across multiple platforms.
• Define, monitor, and refine quality metrics and reporting.
• Integrate test execution and observability with our CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold best practices in software quality and testing.
• Solve complex problems that arise at scale.
• Work closely with other engineers to ship code.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Production-level coding experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD infrastructure and DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience building complex test automation solutions.
• Familiarity with testing best practices for UI, API, regression, and mobile.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Drive and proactivity.
