Overview

As our Training & Onboarding Leader, you’ll design and deliver a structured onboarding experience that turns new hires into confident, skilled outbound sales agents. This is a fully remote, US-based role.

In Short

• Design and deliver a structured one-week virtual onboarding program.
• Train agents on a proven, scripted sales approach.
• Provide real-time coaching to accelerate ramp-to-performance.
• Partner with Sales, Ops, and QA for training content alignment.
• Source and screen candidates for verbal skills and coachability.
• Must have expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Facilitate engaging virtual training programs.
• Be fully remote-capable and digitally self-sufficient.
• Strong plus: ESL or cross-cultural training experience.
• Strong plus: Experience training in a scripted sales environment.

Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience.
• Performance bonus tied to agent ramp and training outcomes.
• Fully remote position.
• Full-time role with a six-month probationary period.
