In Short

• Build and develop outbound sales agents in a structured, scripted phone sales environment.
• Drive fast, measurable performance using adult learning principles.
• Design and deliver structured onboarding experiences.
• Coach agents on live calls to ensure effective execution.
• Support recruiting efforts by screening candidates for sales success traits.
• Continuously refine training based on performance data.
• Work in a fully remote, US-based role.
• Own the learning architecture and lead virtual onboarding cohorts.
• Help agents ramp up quickly to produce revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Experience training in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to identify effective call techniques quickly.
• Experience in scripted sales environments preferred.
• Proven track record of turning beginners into performers.
• Comfortable in performance-driven environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot technology independently.
• Based in the United States with reliable internet.
• Experience working with diverse teams is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience.
