Overview

The eSchoolData Onboarding and Training Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new and current eSchoolData implementations, focusing on comprehensive onboarding and training for clients.

In Short

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding plans for new eSchoolData implementations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for districts during onboarding and implementation.
  • Partner with the Data Onboarding team for accurate data migration.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate professional development for clients.
  • Differentiate training on the spot to ensure high engagement.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to handle escalations and urgent items as assigned.
  • Travel onsite to customer meetings and training sessions as needed.
  • Strong project management and documentation skills required.

Requirements

  • Direct eSchoolData experience at the administrator level preferred.
  • Minimum five years as a student information system administrator.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to research, strategize, and solution scenarios based on customer needs.
  • Efficient at prioritizing and executing multiple competing requirements.
