• Facilitate provider onboarding and training sessions.
• Host weekly orientation and Q&A sessions for new hires.
• Partner with the onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Conduct activation demos and coaching for providers.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in onboarding or training in healthcare.
• Experience with virtual onboarding facilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with management systems and Google Suite.
• Strong process management and improvement skills.
• Customer service mindset focused on employee engagement.
• Ability to adapt to changes in training needs.
