Requirements

• 3-5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in security/compliance roles.
• Experience with FERPA, COPPA, or ISO27001 compliance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Experience managing IT needs for distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile device management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with networking and firewalls.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
