In Short

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by setting up workstations, accounts, and necessary software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage inventory and procurement processes for new hires as well as users who have left the company.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Document and maintain records of IT support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems is a plus.
