Overview

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-level customer and technical support to mortgage professionals, improving company processes, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems.

In Short

• Provide technical support to over 200 mortgage professionals.
• Hybrid work schedule after training.
• Manage IT support requests using Freshdesk ITSM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of IT experience preferred.
• IT certification (CompTIA, Microsoft) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of information security principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
