The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for handling escalated customer inquiries related to loan servicing, ensuring resolution, and enhancing the customer servicing experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic mortgage processing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
