The Mortgage Servicing Specialist will manage servicing relationships, process cash collection reports, and improve data management practices within a collaborative team environment.

• Proficiency in Excel; interest in learning SQL.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
