Overview

This position supports the Agri-Access lending program through professional, high-quality client service to internal and external clients.

In Short

• Establishes and maintains strong client relationships.
• Answers client questions via email and phone.
• Educates institutions on program delivery.
• Provides training on reconciliation and servicing processes.
• Monitors borrower compliance with loan documents.
• Identifies deficiencies in documentation.
• Conducts research on transactional basis.
• Packages and submits requests for credit approval.
• Performs data input and accounting procedures.
• Processes loan requests accurately and timely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or lending environment.
• Knowledge of complex loan structures.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
