Overview

The Mortgage Processing Specialist will be responsible for handling AU loan processing tasks, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Monday – Friday schedule (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH Time)
• 2-4 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Experience with CRM software in mortgage broking
• Data entry to CRM and Apply Online (AOL)
• Document management and compliance checks
• Valuations, pricing requests, and credit checks
• Living expense analysis and income calculations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in AU loan processing
• Proficiency in MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker
• Good understanding of IT concepts
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in HubSpot is a plus
• Certificate IV in Financing & Mortgage Brokering is a plus
