Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of office experience in customer service or administration.
• Knowledge of mortgage processing or underwriting is a plus.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems, especially Encompass.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions and documentation.
