Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant supports mortgage loan officers at CrossCountry Mortgage to enhance loan production and ensure a positive customer experience.

In Short

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
• Deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Review loan files to prevent problems and notify loan officers.
• Provide clerical support to loan officers and processors.
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types including FHA, VA, and USDA.
• Facilitate timely loan closings with Title Companies.
• Track outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers.
• Work within Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English.
• Enhance customer service experience through effective communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience.
• Previous sales support experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
