Pre-Approval Manager - Remote

Overview

The Pre Approval Manager serves as a liaison between the organization’s internal and external clients, overseeing the loan process to assist borrowers in finding the best financial program.

In Short

• Manage communication with borrowers regarding loan programs and costs.
• Review and audit income and credit documentation.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of various loan types.
• Ensure the loan structure aligns with borrower’s financial circumstances.
• Pre-underwrite documentation for loan approval support.
• Input feed for disclosures and set up loans for borrowers.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate with internal teams for loan processing.
• Utilize Encompass LOS for loan management.
• Adhere to RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
• Prior underwriting experience is a plus.
• Strong math and analytics skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
