Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Operations, Processing, or Underwriting.
• 3 to 5 years’ management experience.
• Understanding of mortgage lending functions.
• Knowledge of federal and state loan processing guidelines.
• Experience with FNMA, FHA, GNMA, and VA loans.
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
