Overview

The Corporate Account Support Manager manages the commercial relationship between Biffa and its corporate clients, focusing on financial performance, growth, contractual negotiations, and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Primary interface between the company and specific corporate clients.
• Responsible for ensuring business account plans are implemented and service success.
• Retention of corporate clients through positive relationships and growth of service provision.
• Manage tender and benchmarking processes for clients.
• Complete customer reviews and present management information using Power BI.
• Assist in resolving issues arising from sites.
• Ensure customer debt position is maintained in line with contractual commitments.
• Engage at all levels for negotiation and communication.
• Route cause QLS issues related to invoice delays.

Requirements

• Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced level Excel.
• Analytical with the ability to understand numerical data.
• Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships.
