Account Support Manager - Remote

Overview

The Account Support Manager will play a key role in the Account Management department, managing day-to-day program needs and liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

• Operate as the primary point of contact for small to mid-size clients.
• Manage escalations and engage with team members for resolution.
• Own effective triage of client requests and manage expectations.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Prepare regular client status dashboards for visibility.
• Lead and prepare for client status meetings.
• Support timely renewal of annual budgets and contracts.
• Analyze program level reporting and share insights.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Monitor program quality for a positive client experience.

Requirements

• BS/BA in business, healthcare, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare enterprise software experience.
• 5+ years in Health Plan Account Management or Operations.
• Strong client management and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in various formats.
• Documented track record of managing service programs.
• Strong problem-solving and data analytic skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in corporate operations.
