Overview

The Corporate Production Manager is responsible for providing high-level support to branch employees across all company systems, focusing on Encompass LOS, ensuring smooth loan operations through expert troubleshooting and guidance.

• Provide daily support to employees via ticketing system, calls, and video conferences.
• Hands-on guidance for Encompass and third-party systems.
• Manage and monitor the Loan Support Queue for timely resolutions.
• Develop tailored action plans for assigned branches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members preferred.
• Ability to manage a support queue and resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Leadership and team building skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA loan programs.
