ThinkCyte Inc. is an innovative Life Sciences company that has developed a disruptive new technology named Ghost Cytometry (GC) which combines high-speed imaging and machine learning to analyze and sort target cells based on morphological and imaging phenotypes in high-throughput mode by flow.

• Position focuses on driving sales of flow cytometry systems in the Northeast region.

• Forecast sales and manage customer relationships.
• Close deals with high-value accounts.
• Maintain strong sales pipeline and funnel.
• Requires 50% travel within the region.
• Position is remote but requires proximity to Boston, MA.
• Compensation includes base salary plus commission.

Requirements

• BS required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in biotech.
• Strong understanding of cell analysis systems.
• Experience with capital equipment sales over $100k.
• Proven track record in building successful sales regions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with West coast accounts is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
