Requirements

• Two years of experience in IT.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication with business users and IT professionals.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with a Windows Domain Environment.
• Basic to intermediate English language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer systems.
