IT Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Information Technology Support Specialist is a proactive and technically skilled key contributor to Drug Free Sport International and International Doping Tests & Management’s (DFSI-IDTM) by delivering advanced hardware and software support across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will support both onsite and remote human anti-doping and international employees, ensuring seamless and secure access to systems and services.

In Short

• Deliver excellent service to clients and colleagues.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows and mobile platforms.
• Support hybrid and remote users through secure remote assistance tools.
• Perform regular system updates and device health checks.
• Follow cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets.
• Coordinate IT setup for new hires.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Available for occasional after-hours support.
• Assist with assigned project tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar certification preferred.
