Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong technical skills in Google Workspace, Okta, MacOS, and MDM.
• Experience troubleshooting web services like Slack and Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
