Overview

The IT Support Specialist will provide companywide customer support to employees, manage hardware inventory, and administer Microsoft applications while promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.

Requirements

• Two years of college-level coursework in relevant fields.
• Experience in enterprise user support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and user support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift PC and server equipment.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest region.

• Ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
• Desirable certifications include CompTIA A+ or Network+.
• Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop and Cisco VPN.
