Payroll Processor - Remote

Overview

As the Payroll Processor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of assigned payrolls for approximately 5,500 employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.

In Short

• Process weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain and process time and attendance records.
• Handle payroll deductions and compensation changes.
• Perform payroll reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare payroll reports for month-end and general ledger posting.
• Respond to auditor inquiries and payroll inquiries from employees.
• Coordinate with Human Resources for accurate employee information.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Complete periodic and year-end reporting.
• Serve as point of contact for payroll and timekeeping system issues.

Requirements

• 5 years of payroll processing experience on ADP WFN and E-Time.
• Firm understanding of payroll processing principles.
• Excellent communication skills with various levels of management.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
