Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Processor to join our Research Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and transforming raw survey and behavioral data into clean, structured formats ready for analysis. This includes quality checking, coding, weighting, merging datasets, and ensuring accurate delivery of final data files to research teams and clients. This is a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our research outcomes.

• Data Cleaning & Quality Control: Clean raw datasets from survey platforms and prepare them for analysis.
• Data Transformation: Standardize and reformat raw data into usable formats.
• Tabulation & Aggregation: Create frequency tables and summary statistics.
• Weighting & Tabulations: Apply weights to datasets and generate crosstabs.
• Data Integration: Combine data from multiple sources into cohesive datasets.
• Export & Documentation: Prepare clean datasets and export them with documentation.
• Quality Control: Conduct systematic checks for data accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with research teams for data delivery.
• Coding of Open-Ended Responses: Categorize qualitative text responses.
• Automation & Scripting: Use tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience with data cleaning and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, R, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics or Alchemer.
• Ability to manage multiple datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Experience with coding qualitative responses.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
