Loan Processor - Remote

Overview

The Loan Processor will be responsible for communicating with borrowers and third-party vendors, managing documentation, and preparing loan files for processing in a digital mortgage solution environment.

In Short

• Communicate with borrowers and third-party vendors.
• Client-facing role as the point of contact for customers.
• Utilize call scripting and update files/notes accordingly.
• Create/update documentation needed in the borrower portal.
• Prepare loan files for processing and manage documentation.
• Label documents and place them in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Schedule closings with customers and title companies.
• Complete necessary regulatory compliance tasks.
• Work with government websites to obtain documentation.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of prior employment experience or recent college graduate.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workflow with little direction.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities.
