In Short

• Liaising regularly with the Mortgage Broker, lenders, solicitors, clients and other third parties during the application process
• Assistance in lodgement of loan applications
• Ensuring all documents are received from clients and coordinating with clients & other parties for any missing documents
• Follow up with lenders to ensure smooth progress of the application
• Signing loan documents with the clients
• Sending out credit guides & diary management
• Phone and diary management
• Management of email inbox when required
• Provide other administrative support where required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loan Processor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Committed to professional development and staying current with industry practices.
