In Short

• Join the Mortgage Operations team at Upstart.
• Help build out the mortgage team starting with a HELOC product.
• Assist customers with navigating the mortgage HELOC process.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience during the verification process.
• Identify areas for process improvements.
• Handle outbound and inbound customer communications.
• Must hold an active NMLS License.
• Experience in consumer lending or mortgage is required.
• Work primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements.

Requirements

• Active NMLS License required.
• 6 months experience in customer contact operations.
• 3-5 years experience in consumer lending or mortgage.
• Strong communication skills for complex customer interactions.
• Experience with financial documents and lending concepts.
• Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
