In Short

• Lead projects for new locations, expansions, and equipment rollouts.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 for internal users.
• Oversee the technology budget and align projects with it.
• Install and configure Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Provide comprehensive system support for critical systems.
• Ensure secure platforms for various operating systems and devices.
• Manage network equipment and configurations.
• Administer security solutions including antivirus and VPN.
• Deliver remote support via Teams or AnyDesk.
• Create technical documentation for internal processes.

Requirements

• Education in IT, Systems, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in advanced IT infrastructure administration.
• Advanced knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
• Strong skills in AzureAD and multi-OS system administration.
• Analytical mindset and user-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
