In Short

• Provide support through the ticketing system for user access and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience with user management in Okta.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PII regulations.
• 2+ years of Helpdesk/Service Desk experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS administration.
• Experience with SSO and ticketing systems like JIRA.
• Skills in user access management and asset management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10 and macOS.
