IT Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Specialist Tier 1 will help ensure that all Carbon Health internal customers’ technology needs are met and that their IT problems are solved with impactful and educational interactions.

In Short

• Triage and solve IT tickets at a tier 1 level.
• Assist employees remotely via written correspondence, video calls, and telecommunications.
• Document troubleshooting and analysis of issues.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Assist with employee lifecycle and access management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience in a high-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Healthcare industry background preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience resolving 60+ tickets weekly within SLA commitments.
• Experience assisting customers remotely.
• Proficiency in MacOS and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of password and security policies.
• Ability to document findings and workflows.
• Empathetic and impactful problem-solving skills.
