In Short

• Responsible for accurate and timely financial management of the organization.
• Manage all accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions.
• Support executive and board level decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop internal control guidelines and policies.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to financial performance.
• Oversee internal and external audit and tax functions.
• Lead and manage finance staff.
• Partner with business leaders for aligned reporting.
• Implement advanced ERP/financial planning systems.
• Work in a collaborative and inclusive company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Previous role as Controller in a small to medium-sized company.
• Strong grounding in accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with multiple legal entities.
• Understanding of ERP/financial planning systems.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in early-stage, venture-backed company.
