Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to help us level up our IT environment, ensuring every WeTravel employee has the tools and support they need to work efficiently and securely.

In Short

  • Provide daily IT support for remote team members.

  • Work closely with HR and Ops for smooth onboarding/offboarding.
  • Identify automation opportunities and improve internal IT processes.
  • Help scale and secure the IT environment as the team grows.

  • Support non-technical colleagues with clear communication.
  • Thrive in a fully remote setup.
  • Use modern tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements and automating workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Mac environments in business settings.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and Atlassian products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organized approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency.
