Overview

As an IT Support Specialist at Banner Bank, you will deliver services to end-users to enhance the use of various types of software programs efficiently and effectively to fulfill business objectives.

In Short

  • Perform remote support at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software and hardware.
  • Create and manage system access and new user set-up/configuration of business systems and applications.
  • Record, track, and document the problem-solving process.
  • Post software updates and resources on the company intranet.
  • Design and deploy feedback mechanisms for end-users.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform on-call duties for the IT Service Desk after hours support rotation.

Requirements

  • Help desk or IT customer service experience required.
  • Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise and desktop applications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with troubleshooting principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
  • Understanding of federal and state laws/regulations in IT.
