Senior Compliance Officer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Compliance Management System (CMS). This role is critical in ensuring the Bank’s adherence to consumer protection laws and other regulatory requirements.

• Design and maintain the Compliance Management System (CMS).
• Analyze emerging regulatory issues affecting bank operations.
• Conduct compliance testing and monitoring programs.
• Support UDAAP analysis and AI-related compliance reviews.
• Review marketing programs for compliance.
• Evaluate regulations and recommend policy updates.
• Serve as a compliance advisor for new products.
• Participate in cross-functional committees.
• Coordinate responses to customer complaints.
• Facilitate compliance training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in bank compliance or related areas.
• Strong understanding of lending products.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Experience with compliance software is a plus.
