Senior Compliance Officer - Remote

Overview

eToro is the trading and investing platform that empowers users to invest, share and learn. We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure all products and services meet regulatory standards and internal policies.

In Short

• Lead monitoring compliance in key areas such as Marketing and the affiliation program.
• Ongoing monitoring and oversight of regulatory development relevant to eToro EU in Cyprus.
• Assist with Reporting to CySEC and other EU Regulators.
• Regular monitoring of implemented procedures and reports.
• Compliance monitoring program (EU): regular review of all company operations.
• Ensure appropriate structure and governance is maintained.
• Handle and supervise reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future compliance failures.
• Cooperate with Product and operation teams for necessary reports.

Requirements

• Academic Degree – Compliance, Finance or Legal.
• 3-5 years working experience in a compliance role.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing regulations, MIFID II legislation & CySEC regulations.
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
